Refund requests
To request a refund of a travel ticket, you must complete the webform in its entirety, specifying the reason for your request and providing a brief description of the facts, complete details, or updates necessary to verify what happened, with particular attention to the location and sales channel used (network/point of sale, validator, etc.) and to the contact email address entered (essential for correct communication which occurs exclusively via email). It is also recommended to attach any documentation in your possession.
NB: For all refund requests, it is necessary to keep the travel documents (original and replacement), as well as the related sales receipts.
In case of purchases through AVM Venezia Offial App, remember not to delete the account in app.
It should be noted that requests for reimbursement relating to Venice Access Fee will not be considered and will not receive a response. For more information about the Access Fee, please see the link: https://cda.ve.it/en/
