Payment can be done the first working day following the date of the verbal issue (if on Friday, Saturday and holidays it will be possible from the first working day available).

All the fines issued by paper form (therefore excpet those ones electronically issued) must be paid as indicated here

Any requests for the annulment of administrative fines must be submitted no later than 30 days from the dispute / notification of infringement, to:

Parking tickets for offences relating to the “pay and display” blue parking bays, according to law, can only be formally challenged before the Justice of the Peace or the Prefect within 60 days from the date of the fixed penalty notice issued by the Municipal Police on the basis of the notice of the offence reported by the warden.
For information or clarifications concerning penalty charges issued by the Municipality of Venice, the Metropolitan City of Venice and the Municipality of Chioggia following the administrative sanctions imposed on AVM/Actv public transport services, please refer to the Complaints and Reports form on the AVM/Actv website.
>> Any failures in the online payment system cannot be attributed to AVM/Actv as far as the days of payment of the minimum or reduced rate penalty are concerned.
