The validators present the network, allow the validation, at a single point of contact, of tickets, regardless of the support used (Venezia Unica card, electronic ticket or App/QrCode).

From June 2024, in progressive activation by type of ticket, it will be possible to use physical and virtual payment cards for last second purchases with the best fare system.

This innovation will ensure immediate access to transport, avoiding unnecessary queues and eliminating the need to purchase tickets in advance. Venezia Unica cardholders will also be able to link their customer profile to the AVM customer area and have access to subsidised prices, including season tickets.

For Venezia Unica card holders or travellers with an electronic ticket or QR code on their smartphone, there is a section dedicated to the new validators, especially if you have any doubts about how they work or the options available.
