The code is displayed on the screen at the end of the booking by clicking on the SAVE icon or received by e-mail or displayed in the transaction area (for subscribers only).

If the code is missing, the booking is not successful.



ONLINE payment of the penalties electronically issued for irregular Actv transport tickets

Payment can be done the first working day following the date of the verbal issue. 










OBJECTS FOUND on Actv public transport (boats, buses, trams and people movers) or in company appurtenances (ticket points, stops, piers) in the urban area of the municipality of Venice. In case the objects are found by our staff, they are handed into the central collection point at the Mestre headquarters - Via Martiri della Libertà, 396, 30173 Venezia VE -  where they will remain for some days available for collection. Collection times are as following:
from Monday to Friday from 7.15 am to 04.00 pm; the collection point is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. 
Subsequently, they are transferred to the lost and found offices in the Municipality of Venice:
•    Ca' Farsetti, San Marco 4136, Venezia if found on the navigation network or people mover;
•    Via Giustizia 23 - 30174 Mestre Venezia if found in the automobile and tram network.

In any case, the objects found in the suburban network are brought to the Actv headquarters in Mestre - Via Martiri della Libertà, 396, 30174 Mestre VE some days after the time of discovery.
To check if an object has been found and subsequently collect it from the Actv headquarters, it is necessary to fill in the following form in advance indicating the main information and a summary description of the lost object. The office will be responsible for contacting the customer in case of correspondence to define the delivery methods. The object can only be picked up by presenting the confirmation email at the counter.

If the object has been lost inside a means of navigation such as to determine a costly recovery for the company, the applicant will be required to pay the amount due of € 73.20 by bank transfer to the following bank details IT18D0306902117074000659874 BIC: BCITITMM to INTESA S. PAOLO S.p.A. inserting the following text in the reference: “Objects found on board-name and surname”. A copy of the transfer must be attached to the request made via web.
